"I ordered an item 1 month ago. I received a shipment email the next day. When I hadn't received the item, I contacted the company. They said the shipment email had been a mistake and that the item was on backorder. Today I checked the status again and it still has not shipped. On various dates since my order I have checked for the item on their website. They still list it for sale with no indication of any backorder status. Not exactly sure what the game is here but I asked for a refund."
