"This is my 3rd order with this company. I haven't had any issues with them for my first 2 orders. I will follow up when my 3rd order arrives. I chose the cheapest delivery option and wasn't able to track the order. I did get my order a day or 2 after the estimated delivery date."

"I was very disappointed with the check out process. This is my 3rd order with them and I had a change of address. The check out process allows editing of addresses, but it never saved the update. I followed up with their "customer service" site and notified them about the address issue. No response from them and I received a delivery message that it went to the wrong address."

"There was a lot of stuff, but not much of the items I was looking for, but enough for me to choose something (eg. had a choice of 2 instead of 5). I had a hard time trying to read through the descrition to quickly scan for the items I want. This site is a yahoo store."

"I've been extrememly statisfied with my previous orders and customer satisfaction with resolving problems and I've only experienced a bad DVD over a hundred DVD orders. I wish that out of stock items show on the screen and not later with shipment notification.
They do not charge extra s&h for backordered items."
