Treated like gamily
"I recently suffered the tragic loss of my beloved Mother.
Sadly , she lived in Toronto , Canada and I reside in California.
I have no family and was alone sorting through her 91 years of life.
It was a surreal and overwhelming experience and I was at a loss as to the logistics of shipping family heirlooms and precious memorabilia.
Fortunately I was given the name of Nevis owned by Bernice and Ray Friedman .
They treated me as family from the moment of the consult with Ray to the numerous dealings of forms, fees, customs with Bernice.
They offered me a shoulder when I felt alone and grief stricken.
The shipping process was as smooth and simple as one could wish.
The packing, the delivery , the contacts ( Nevis receiver) were top quality .
The fees were reasonable and well worth the cost.
I have given their contact info to senior residences in Toronto and made a referral to a family friend in Vancouver.
I am extremely pleased with the five star treatment I was given by the Friedman’s and their Nevis franchise."
