"I ordered an optical drive for a ProBook 440 G1 8 days ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. Now they tell me if I want one with a face plate it will take an additional 10 days, so I opted to get one without it at a 10 dollar refund. Now they tell me it will take an additional 10 days for it to arrive. So told them to take half the refund and do a 2 day ship. I bet the other 5 bucks its the wrong damn one and that it takes to the middle of next week. I should have checked the reviews first and said the hell with the cost."
