"I had an account with 7th Avenue. I bought some things and appI reciated them. I got the account because I will be getting a different place to live and will not have furniture and furnishings when I move. I had planned to use 7th Avenue to purchase the things I would need. Recently, I got a letter from Experian telling me 7th Avenue had placed a report on my credit history saying that I owe them $113. I had paid off the account in full in May, 2018. I am currently waiting on a reply from 7th Avenue because I am protesting what they did. Protest is not a strong enough word!
I plan to keep the account open for a while because my rating will be affected--as though it's not being negatively affected now. As I write this, I will be closing the account--changed my mind. I don't need to deal with companies who lie and don't communicate when they think there is a problem. Obviously, their account process is not very good since my account was paid in full and someone thinks I owe money.
I'd think twice about dealing with this company if I wanted an account with them even though some of their products are over priced and neither good or lasting products."
