DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
"I NEVER fill out reviews for sites, because most of the time I give the benefit of the doubt on a bad experience. But with GoKeyless.com I've had 4 straight days of complete ignorance and runaround. I've spoken with multiple sales reps, customer service, technical support...everyone! Once you finally get through to someone they will talk about their lack of training from the manufacturer (Schlage), tell you that they'll put you on a list for a callback, and then nothing.
I'm TRYING to spend money with them. Literally begging to spend money because I want the $850 lock I bought from them to actually work for our business. But, they aren't in sync with Schlage/Allegion and therefore can't actually make your purchase work. This has been one of the worst experiences I've EVER had with a large business....and 4 days later...and I'm still waiting for them to handle this.
I'm telling you, find another source for your lock. Even SCHLAGE doesn't speak highly of their own reseller!"
