"I tried to cancel an order that I made within the hour that I placed it. I requested it through email and haven't used the code or even looked at it. I was notified that they had received my request but the transaction was processed anyway.
I cancelled because I saw a cheaper alternative to my order, and now I have two copies of the same order. Not the most wonderful experience."
