Poor customer service. No one would contact me back. Took over a month for the product to go out.
"A zero rating is what this company needs but I do not have that option. It has taken me over a month to finally have the rest of my order sent out. I am writing this review before I have actually received the order so there may be another review is the product is not up to standard. I placed an order on July 7th, 2018. I did not get any confirmation that the order was processed after 12 days so I contacted them. I was told that they were running a promo and they had a lot of orders coming in. I asked them what the typical turn around on an order is and I was told 7-10 days. Which is what it says on their website. I was told the order would be going out the following week. So the following week I noticed online that my order was still in production, so I called them up on July 21st and I was told that the order would be going out that day. (By the way every time I have called them I am on hold anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour). Again, I check the status of my order on July 23rd and it still is in production. I call again and I am told that the order would be going out the following day. It has now been 16 days since I placed the order. I wait until the 25th to check the status of my order and sure enough it was not sent out and it is still showing in production. I again call and they said they were having issues with part of my order and they tried to print it and it did not come out correctly. I was assured that it would be going out that day! I have heard that story before. Finally I find out that the order was shipped on the 27th. Oh yeah! But when I received my order on the 30th it was only part of the order. So I call (waited on hold for 48 minutes) I asked if the order was shipped in multiple packages because I received 2 packages but not all of the items were there. I was told that the cube and covers were shipped separately. Ok, so I checked online and noticed that those items still show they are in production. I call back and I was told that they tried a couple of times to print them but they did not come out correctly. I asked when would they be printed correctly, I was told they would be going out the following day, July 31st. I noticed on the morning of August 1st that it was still showing in production. So, again I call and they told me that they were going to get this ordered completed for me. On August 3rd still no sign of it being completed. They told me that the production manager would be contacting me. Never happened. So at this point here are the reasons that the order was not completed. 1. It did not print correctly 2. It is too hot right now in California and the transfer is too sticky 3. It printed out too small. I have asked several times to have a manager or someone to call me. I asked the staff that answers the phone to have a manager to contact me and I have used their online form for a manager to contact me. Guess what? I never had a manager email me or call me. Great ways to do business. So I August 9th I finally had blown my top because it still showed the order in production. I called, kept my temper in check and asked what was going on. I was told they were still having issues and that the product manager would call me. I needed these items over a week ago so I went to an antique mall and found the props I needed for the backdrop. I spent $50 which is under half of what the cost of the items I was waiting for from Backdrop Outlet. Satisfied that I can now go forward, I called them back when I got home to ask for a refund. I was literally on hold for 64 minutes. Finally, someone answered and I gave them my order number and told them I would just like to have a refund at this point. No mangers would call or email me and you have stated 7 times that my order would go out that day. Guess what? I was told that I could not have a refund because in the time I was shopping at the antique mall and the time I was on hold my order was completed and was packaged up and setting in the bin to be shipped. OH MY GOSH ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I don't need the items now. I asked if they could be shipped out overnite since I have been waiting so long and she told me USPS doesn't offer that. What! So now I have products coming ( I will believe it when it arrives) that I don't need anymore. Through this entire nightmare not once did anyone contact me and try to make things right! That is the most disappointing aspect of the entire ordeal. Had they tried a little with customer service I may not be writing this review. If I handled my customers this way I would be out of business. When I offer a product and it does not come out right I work on it until it is complete. Not let an entire month go by!!!"
