"My last order was cancelled by the company because they change the rules.
Here's my store: Under the available credit in my account, I got some refundable credit left (and no non-refundable credit). So, I used it to get that order because their refund option to my credit card was disabled. For those who didn't know, before they change the rules, they charge your credit card when you order the(s) item(s) (and not when they ship it). Now, they will charge it when they ship the order but those who order before get screwed in the process!
Right now, my credit is mark as "non-refundable" (before, it was refundable). The worst thing is that the credit can only apply to 25% of the total of the order (as of their new rules on August 12th 2005).
Finally, if you were a privileged member (paid 50 bucks a year) to get some discount, it is no longer available. I think it is been less than a year than the program first started...
Overall, be prepare to have some surprises with the company. It is the most unpredictable company I have dealt with over the Internet. I do frequently order from many stores and DVDsoon is among the worst! To make things worse, it is not that fast and not that reliable..."

"Overall, the prices are nice if you look around and shipping prices are okay. No hassle with duties. The only problem I got is the email reponses and I never receive my invoice by email... I have to check on the website to see it. When they ship my item, they didn't give me a tracking number (checking order status didn't work for me on their website).
If I need another item, I might deal with them if the price is good..."

"Fast shipping with FedEx. No worries with customs fees because you pay taxes already (15,025% here in Quebec). Overall, good pricing with coupon ($30 off any purchase when I renewed my .Mac account). Would do business again if I get another coupon."

"Overall, it's a good experience. The packaging over exceeds my expectations and it's packed very secure. I order 3 items. Two were shipped within 48 hours and received within 72 hours while the last one is out of stock. I was trying to get it cancel and it took 3 days for the customer support to do it. Good enough.
After all, I got great deals on the boxing day specials."

"Overall, I was quite satisfied with Directron. The shipping is a little expensive for Canada but it was fast. The item was in okay condition and I didn't worried about the little scratch. This means that the packaging was just okay.
I would buy from them again because you get some specials when you order from them which is always nice!"

"Overall, it's a good online reseller. Okay pricing, good shipping, great packaging, goo support but there's something I need them to fix for me and I still wait their response.
Anyway, I would probably buy again if I had a chance. Near excellent experience from my purchase with Bigfoot Computers.
