"Not a good experience. 3-day ship took several weeks to arrive only to find they shipped a refurb part with visibly poor quality repair work that arrived DOA. They had no more in stock and said they would refund. Refund never arrived and a good month later we get shipping info for a replacement part! No response to inquiries, had to deny charges w/CC company. Not exactly somebody we would recommend."

"Yet another negative review here. I ordered something from them years ago and was satisfied, wish I'd checked their current ratings before ordering this time!
Placed order on the 17th, saw CC charge on the 19th but didn't get any confirmation of shipment. Since then I've tried to call numerous times with no answer, (and no way to leave voicemail, it just rings and rings until you get the telco recording saying nobody is answering, duh!) Also emailed and used the webform several times. Only one response back via email telling me that the "in stock" item was really back ordered, no responses to requests for cancellation/refund and the order still shows "In Process" many days later. Working with bank to reject the charge."

"Ordered about a dozen copies of Office 2003 Pro over a couple of months. They appeared to be legit when they arrived and we resold them. We should have opened them up though because we discovered a couple of months later that they are actually illegal. No COA, the CDs inside are actually 30/60/90 day demo CDs and the serial number (printed on a piece of cardboard that was obviously cut out by hand) is from one of those generators you can download anywhere on the Internet. The number does work as a full copy of the and it registers with Microsoft without error but it is totally illegal. We recovered eight of them and got an RMA but we have yet to see any money despite many calls/emails. We reported this to the MS piracy division and were unsurprised to find that they already knew all about them. Hopefully they'll be shut down soon so other folks don't get ripped off."

"We've been using eWiz for years now. They're actually a web front-end for distributor MaLabs and are almost always cheaper than NewEgg or anybody else on the retail side for PC parts and accessories."
