"I am extremely disappointed in the service we received from SoldSignal on this order. It took them 8!!! days just to tell us that an item is on back order and won't be available for 2 months. That is completely unacceptable and shows a severe communication and order fulfillment problem.
I understand these online merchants sell many products that they don't hold in their own warehouse but this time frame is well beyond what is reasonable to expect as a buyer. It should have never taken them more than 2 business days to figure out that they could not get me the item I ordered."
