Very unprofesional company.
"Do not EVER buy from this company. Sold a Tamron lens as a USA product was actually an imported item. It was defective, I tried to have Tamron repair it, they said it wasn't a US item and wouldn't touch it. I contacted BigValueInc, they said it had a 1 year warranty. I said I wanted to send it in to be repaired. They would not approve the repair for 3 months. I finally got it sent in. I had to pay for the repair. They have had my lens for over 8 weeks. Every time I contact the company they **** me around with their response. They refuse to give me the head of the companies name, number, or even email. Spend the extra few dollars and by from someone else."
