GOOD AT TAKING YOUR MONEY - NOT GOOD AT RESOLVING A PROBLEM
"I have purchased wigs from Paula Young wigs for a good number of years. I would find a style I liked and buy several of that style. If they had a sale, I would purchase 2 or 3 more at a time. So I ended up with quite a few of the style I was currently wearing waiting in the wings. When I recently went to replace what I was wearing with a new wig, I went to my supply - took a wig and went to style it and put it on. Surprise! The wig, though it had the same name and style number that it was supposed to be - looked nothing like it was supposed to. It was thin, limp, longer and straighter than the previous purchased wigs. So I went and got a second new one, only to find the wig was the same as the first one I tried - and nothing like what I ordered or had been wearing that had the same name, style number and appearance in their catalog. So I wrote to the company to complain and ask why they had switched the style without changing the photo online or in their catalog or its description. It looked and read just like the first one I ordered. So I was surprised to be told that my wigs were purchased too many years ago and that wigs that are stored in their box "will deteriorate". Give me a break! Deteriorate? What, it got thinner, straighter, longer and lost ALL its curl? Sorry, but that is bull! I have other wigs that have been stored for longer and nothing has happened to them. I was very surprised at their attitude with this situation. I have at least 5 of these wigs, all in the same never worn condition that cannot be worn. I did not expect a refund for them, but I also did not expect them to come up with such a lame-brain excuse. So if you wear wigs, steer clear of Paula Young. At the very least, don't make the mistake I did: When I received these wigs, I checked that the style was correct and that the color was correct but I didn't take it out of the box, turn in outside-in and look at the wig itself. I trusted them, I trusted that I was dealing with an honest company. That was clearly not the case. Buyer beware!"

Don't Be Surprised if you NEVER get your order!
"I placed an order online. They indicated it would take longer than the usual 3-5 days to be received. On day 6, when I didn't hear from them, I wrote customer service. They never got back to me. Four days later I went to the site again to see if they had shipped. What I saw was that the day after I wrote, they canceled my order! I wrote again, asking why, stating that I wanted what I had ordered and asked for a reply. It is now 5 days later since my second email, still no word from them and no item. So I called. Got a nice enough individual, but all she can do is take orders. She kept going to her supervisor to get answers. She told me that - get this - the item is no longer being made, so they canceled the order! I tell her that I am looking at their web page, and the item is there, for sale. She then tells me that once they have had an item in stock, it is on their webpage FOREVER even if they don't have any more! They never remove it! So I say okay, that's ridiculous, but now explain to me why I did not 1) get an answer to either of my emails and 2) if my order was canceled, shouldn't I have been notified? She could not address either question. She ended up saying she would transfer me to a supervisor, I say okay and I then get the recording from the supervisor who is not available and will call me back. I gave my email, saying I did not want a phone call but an email would be fine. Well, did you call me or email me? Neither did he! I am so done with this company. This is not the way to run a company or treat a buyer. BE AWARE and do NOT buy anything from NATURE's JEWELRY!"
