They lie about there shopping.
"Ordered an air conditioner it said if arrives tomrorow, what a joke it's still a week later my credit card was charged and no one has any idea where my item, there costumer service center is a call center they have no access to anything they just tell you what you went to hear. I will never walk into a home depot again."
