I was charged when ticket sale cancelled
"I listed tickets from Ticketmaster on StubHub. They sold quickly. I transferred the tickets as instructed. A day later I was informed the order was cancelled. A few days later I was charged for the full amount of my ticket sale and my tickets were returned. I called StubHub to get it corrected and they refused saying I listed the tickets incorrectly. I followed the only prompts given to me on StubHubs website when I listed. They treated me like a scammer and said they would not refund the charge. I’m now disputing the charge on my credit card. I’ll never use these people again. Don’t list your tickets there. You have no rights once you list them. Totally untrustworthy and dangerous company to work with."
