"I ordered a skateboard on their website. I figured the shipping would take a while given this was during the current covid situation. After a month I contacted them. They replied by claiming they reached out to me several times and that they cancelled my order. They definitely did not reach out to me. I was checking often for the email to let me know it had shipped. I was however inundated with promotional emails and an email asking me to rate my purchase. When I called, I reached a recording that claimed they were still filling orders so I'm not sure why my order was cancelled. Don't waste your time with this company. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for anything they sell."
