"This company should not exist. I was told that the inverter I intended to order was out of stock, but that there was another one available, a direct swap. The inverter that arrived did not work at all for me. Like everyone else, the company is not answering any phone calls for return requests, or emails. There's no customer service at all, to answer to concerns, which should not be legal."
