"Breathtakingly poor service punctuated by contradictory statements at one-week intervals - (1) your order has been shipped (2) the item has been discontinued (3) your payment has been refunded (4) we never received your payment.
Obviously not possible for all of these things to be true, and anyway the item is still showing as in stock on their website. My payment is now being reclaimed by my bank."
