no working key no refund
"I purchased a Steam key 10 days ago, and it was already in use. Despite providing all required evidence and even being asked to investigate with Steam support myself, I still haven’t received a resolution. Neither a working key nor a refund has been provided.
It took two days to reply to emails, but they responded immediately after my negative review, showing they care more about their image than helping customers.
Avoid this service. With a 1-in-5 chance of poor support and low ratings on other sites, it’s not worth it. Choose a company that values its customers."
