"My family and I have been renting vacation properties here for the past few years during the summer and we love it! And we hope to keep coming back. The location is amazing and they aren't lying when they call it the forgotten coast. It's beautiful and not ridiculously over-populated. The company keeps really nice beach houses. We've always rented right on the water front and it's just amazing. Don't always trust the pictures 100% though, some of them are a liiiiittle nicer looking on the web than they are in reality but the location MORE than makes up for all of that. Reservations are really easy to make and you pay for the rental in two parts, once at initial reservation time and once about 30 days prior to your arrival. From what I understand, last time there were hurricanes in the area and the location evacuated, they refunded everyone. Someone always picks up the phone, I believe in the very rental office of the island, so you're talking to the people who can see the houses you're renting out their window, practically, which is nice. You pay by phone, but they send you a receipt by mail right away, along with a letter with any future payments and other details. Their online website and calendar are up-to-date and they have great rental rates going into the "winter season" which is typically the end of August and into the Fall."

"I bought sterling silver parts for a toggle bracelet from this company. It was really fun shopping there, they have a very nice selection of products and their prices are low (especially if you order around holidays). I got all my stuff fairly quickly considering they were shipping cross-country to me and the bracelet ended up being awesome. The products were packaged with great care too, everything was in plastic zip lock baggies, wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a sticker and came in a nice, non-wasteful envelope. I would definitely order from them again."

"I purchased a pair of hiking shoes that are not available anywhere else online as far as I could tell and are some of the cheapest nice shoes I've been able to find (by Hi-Tec). Their ordering system is a little annoying because you have to be 100% spot on with how your name appears on your credit card and billing address (most other websites I've ordered from are NOT this strict), so at first the system sent me a rejection notice asking me to call customer service. I wasn't in a rush so I didn't call right away and then noticed that a day or two later they shipped the shoes anyway, I didn't end up having to waste any time talking with customer service. The shoes are great, well packaged, came via FedEx so they had to be signed for. They clearly care for how the products are presented in the box. They included a letter from the company sales manager, the shipping slip and some cool board stickers."

"I bought a really nice Bosca wallet for my mother on this site (have never bought shoes though). It arrived promptly and I was even able to get it on sale because they usually have a certain % off any time you visit their site. The processes went smoothly and I had no problems with buying or shipping."

"Great company! I purchased a starter beer kit for my dad around Christmas. They shipped promptly and had all the materials in a regular unmarked box so I could smuggle it into the house undetected by my dad. I made a custom kit since the beginner one they offered wasn't quite what I was looking for and noticed that the instructional DVD that usually comes with the official kit wasn't available for free independent of the kit. I contacted their customer service, explained the situation and they promptly replied that they would include the DVD for free with my order, which is great!"

"This company is garbage. Like a lot of other people I've heard from, they seem scam-ish. I ordered a pair of suspiciously on-sale/inexpensive Birkenstocks from them, which they accepted payment for and claimed to be shipping to me. After many days of absolutely no activity in my account I called them to ask where the shoes were. The representative told me that they were "lost" (which is the only time I've ever heard of this happening and I shop online A LOT). They issued a re-fund, thank god. The whole experience was ridiculous. I waited for weeks with no contact and ended up with no shoes. Never ordering from them again."

"These guys are awesome! I decided to go with them after reading the reviews here and I'm glad I did. They have a legitimate brick and mortar store in Texas, but I'm quite far from there so I sent my iPad, which had a broken backplate, via UPS. The processes took a couple of weeks, but they kept me updated with personalized emails to let me know how my device was doing and how much longer before it was shipped. They even upgraded my shipping on the way back without charging me to ensure the device arrives safely. Their customer service was very friendly, prompt and to the point. I chatted with a Daniel C. using their online chat support system and just wanted to add that he was very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated as I was stressed out over damaging my device. I absolutely recommend milliamp! :)"
