"The process was a little slow, but the results and price was worth the wait. The stem of my ETA automatic watch was broken. Came back working as new. I liked the way they documented the repair from start to finish as they made it easy to send, inspect for an estimate and get the repaired watch back. I will certainly use them again for repairs and future maintenance."
