Received unusable key
"Ordered a replacement key for my MacBook. The one I received was scratched to hell and rendered completely unusable thanks to broken clips on the underside. I was, perhaps mistakenly, under the impression that I was getting a new OEM part. I've emailed them twice with pics and have yet to hear back. Very disappointed that they couldn't take two seconds to at least ensure they were shipping a usable product. Beyond that, it looks like they sent me one from an utterly trashed machine. After decades of using computers, I've never damaged a key as bad as the one sent. Don't even know how I could! I wish I'd done a little research first and will never use this company again."
