Inept and dishonest business.
"I made a purchase from the Tool Warehouse that was delivered to my front porch broken. After calling the Tool Warehouse customer service and initiating a claim along with emailing photos of the damaged item I expected a return authorization and a replacement item sent. That never happened. After 25 days, 8 phone calls and 3 additional emails I still have not received a return authorization, refund, or replacement item. This business is totally inept and dishonest. Do not give them your business!!
I am now forced to make a claim through PayPal and hope for the best."
