Terrible customer service
"I have a warranty for tires that I bought, one of them was punctured and covered by said warranty. I was told the tires were now discontinued and that I could buy new tires. To get a refund for the damaged tire I would have to send paperwork and tire back to their facility for review which would take up to 45 days but it may be sooner since it was just a puncture. It's been well over 45 days and several emails asking for status with no response. This is absolutely ridiculous when it was covered and a simple puncture that couldn't be repaired. My husband didn't have this issue with his warranty at Discount Tire. He offered to send pictures when he had tire damage and they said no need and sent a replacement tire within a few days. No hassle or hunting them down for a refund, replacement or status. Tire Buyer could learn something from Discount Tire's customer service."
