Research before buying from eternity modern!!
"Please do your due diligence on this company before ordering, it seems since 2021 and onwards the company has really gone downhill. During unprecedent times around the world, everyone can of course understand and accept mess-ups, delays, and issues but what Eternity Modern has failed to done is inform their customers, handle customer service, and frankly just simply respond to emails anymore.
If you do any research on the company, you'll see recent reviews from 2021 to 2022 all being negative. They used to have a phone number you can call which they no longer seem to have. They don't respond to emails anymore, we are out over $16,000 and have not heard anything about where the product is, and have not been able to reach them.
Please buyer beware!!"
