"So I originally bought the wrong version (PC version when I have a Mac) and sent an email asking for a product swap and a refund.
Granted, the Mac version is more expensive, I just outright bought that and waited for my refund which came 3 days later.
The customer service in this endeavor was amazing. Very quick and understanding (All on a Saturday afternoon!!!!!!!!).
I recommend anyone needing a digital download of Office use these guys first. No hesitation whatsoever"

"Easy to buy, easy to install. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was the waiting period between ordering and getting the clearance to download the software. But I would use them again."
