Never shipped my product!
"Got my wife a Christmas present and it never shipped. I called and complained the week before Christmas and they said contact the shipping company. I called the shipping company and they said they never received it. I called back and they made me a new order and I told them it had to be here before Christmas but it did not arrive before Christmas even though they promised."
