Customer service is probably the worst I've dealt with!
"Ordered a birthstone necklace and the personalized puzzle. I received the puzzle on time, however, the review system to ensure proper personalization is poor at best and I ended up receiving a product that was incorrectly done. When inquiring about what could be done to fix this they said order a new puzzle. The second issue arose when my ordered necklace that was supposed to arrive Feb 13th never came. I contacted the customer service to be informed that this is "unusual" for their vendor. By default I had paid shipping that was expedited to get this product before V-Day. They "investigated" the issue and I received an email that said it would be shipping soon and they refunded my shipping. I got a tracking number which never updated after the initial issue number and the necklace never arrived. I contacted them again on the last week of Feb to figure out why I never received my product to which they had to investigate once again. I received an email from the service rep that said the product would arrive this week and as of 3/4 the product has yet to arrive but I'll admit I haven't checked the tracking number. Nevertheless, I'm sure their great so long as you don't have any issues or mistakes. I will not recommend them to anyone but hey, maybe they'll have a management shakeup and things could improve."
