"Unreliable! They cancelled my order! I ordered 2 black light spotlights on October 12th with guaranteed delivery by the 20th. By October 20th, the shipping info showed that they were still processing the order. So I called to inquire. An automated message stated that orders placed before the 16th were "guaranteed" to arrive by the 23rd. I don't think they know what that word means. After holding for 17 minutes, the rep finally answered and said they would get to it ASAP. Well today is the 23rd and they just emailed me that my order has been cancelled. Wtf?!? Most unreliable company ever. I wonder if they'll survive this debacle. I hope not. I've learned my lesson. I will never shop here again."
