"Worst customer service ever. Ordered a mouse from this site on november 19th, supposed to receive it in 7-10 business days. On December 7, 13 business days later had not received it. Called the 800 number on the site, they said the post office had it and gave me a tracking number. Called post office they did not have it. Called 800 number again, got the run around, asked for a supervisor, was told that none was available, was transferred to a voicemail....but i got the supervisor instead. She continued to give me a load of bs, telling me I had chosen 3-4 business WEEK shipping which was their cheap option on the site, went to the site, thats not an option at all. Was told a supervisor would get in contact with me, never happened. Finally after many many many calls they admitted it appeared to be lost. Explained it was a gift that I needed some sort of answer --product or refund so i could buy the gift at a store ASAP. Was told they would look into and call back within an hour. Never called back, gave it all morning the next day...got a different center, was treated poorly, was told to stop being impatient, was told it would be 1-10 business days to get a refund and no other option existed. And no one ever showed an ounce of caring. VERY POOR."
