"My part was on "backorder" for over a month. I called them 6-7 times in regards to my order. It is THEM who have to update me with the status. After wasting my time talking to them, of course the order was shipped WITHOUT the order that was "previously on backorder but now in stock." Two of the three packages arrived on separate days. The tracking number provided to me in the email was only for one package. When the arrived I filmed the packages because I knew there was going to be something fishy. Only 2 of the 3 items were shipped. Only 1 package had a tracking number. I contacted GMPartsDirect and they somehow gave me another 2 tracking numbers saying that the other packages were delivered. But like I said, only one package had a tracking number. What is going on? Ripping me off and lying to me. If they said it's "USPS's fault for the order," why doesn't GMPartsDirect invest the time to find out or use their resources rather than me wasting hours and calls of my time to find out why only part of my order was delivered almost 2 months later?"
