"I had heard about Vision Computers listening to the Neal Boortz radio show. I was interested in quick customer response. The order was placed on Sep 9 and it finally shipped on Sep 17. I just figured it was back to school time and things were busy. Now after having it less than 2 weeks I have been experiencing several minor problems. I looked up number for technical support and it is a long distance call, no problem except we do not have long distance phone service and poor cell service where we live. I drove where I got good enough signal to call tech support and was told I need to be in front of computer. I explained situation and was told once again I had to be in front of computer, they will not call me back at my house, no toll free number. Tomorrow I will call back to customer serviced and try to remedy situation."
