"The customer service for WolfCamera.com is nonexistent! On 12/10, I ordered a Photoco Digital Photo Frame. The website claimed it was in stock and usually ships within 24 hours. I got a fantastic price on it. However, by 12/20 I had not yet gotten a shipment confirmation so I sent them an email inquiring as to the status of my order and making them aware that it was a Christmas present. On 12/22 I received an email from Google saying the item had shipped on 12/21. I again contacted WolfCamera to ask why I had not been informed of the delay - otherwise I could have upgraded the shipping to get it in time for Christmas. I have yet to hear back from them. The item finally arrived on 12/28. Don't buy here! It may be a great price, but the shopping experience is horrible!"
