Terrible shipping/delivery experience
"It is quite absurd that the package was received in the condition it was in. The box was barely hanging on by a side and a half. At that point, just use a different box so the item isn't messed up. I've never had any issues with Quadratec in the past, but this deilvery was a tad unacceptable!"
