"Ordered a webcam with 2 day shipping. after 2 days, they call me and tell me the item is on backorder and it won't be in for at least 2 months. I understand the slip up on the front end, but for them to take more than 2 days to even let me know they screwed up is incredibly poor customer service. Not only that, the person I spoke with asked me if I would want an email saying I canceled the order. Really? You have to ask that? Not a company you want to use."
