"Ordered a motherboard and cpu, hoping to have it shipped same day. Since they could not accomodate this, I called their 800 number to cancel the order. After receiving a busy signal for 15 minutes, I finally reached a rep. I let them know that I would like to cancel the order, and they responded that they would take care of it, and hung up without another word. I called back to get a confirmation number for the cancellation, and was told (quite rudely), that my order was cancelled, and that the only confirmation number would be the order number. If this is the way they treat new customers, I wouldn't suggest anyone use them."
