"Same as everyone else has posted. I ordered a WiFi adapter for my PS3 on Jan 8th and still haven't received it. I keep emailing the customer service dept and I get reply emails as such"I asked sales to get back to you asap about your order.thanks, ConsoleShop" which was on Jan 27th. Today is Feb 6th."
