"Let me first start out by saying tht the price of the merchandise tat I bought from them was grat. However, the service after I bought it was terrible! After purchase, I used the third day shipping, only to find out two days later that they had not even sent it out yet. I then called them back and after turning down all the other sales pitches that they had for me, including if I wanted to buy an extended warranty from them, they told me that my item would be sent out that same day. Four days later, I received a call from them verifying my order, to which they still had not set out. I finally received my item two days later. The only way that I will ever buy from them again is if I have plenty of time to spare."
