Fraud giftcards no refund
"We bought large amount jiffylube giftcards and when redeem them those card never loaded money on them.
Because it was oil change and we were not able to use them within 45 days and the ABCgiftcards refused to refund or replace the card. It was much worse than Raise (where the card guarantee is 1 year)"
