Lots of Cons but a couple of Pros:
"Pros: They do good work. They have a new President of their company and I expect that he’ll turn things around. I worked with him years ago and he’s top-notch. He’s only been there since February 2019 so I’d wait if I were you before you send them your time piece.
Cons: Sent my watch in to be restored and was told that it would take 5 months. I got it back 7 months later and the second hand was broken. I called, they blamed it on UPS and I sent it back. Two months later after some very very poor customer service I emailed the President of the company and he got involved. Once he got involved it was shipped in a matter of days. They are expensive. They will not keep a deadline. They have horrible customer service. They are poor communicators.
Again….I have high hopes for this place. I’ve got several time pieces that I’d like to send to them but I’m going to wait until the new President cleans house. If I were you I’d wait as well."
