True Value "mistake" your problem
"I recently purchased, or I thought i purchased 2, 10 packs of signs. The web site clearly showed the quantity as a 10 pack so I purchased 2 for a total of 20 signs. I received my package and there were only 2 signs in the package. The packing slip also says 10pk 9.5x5.5 HiVis Warn Sign on the contents list with a quantity of 2.
I spoke with a representative of True Value this morning and he looked at the web site and acknowledged that it said 10 pack. However, he said it was a mistake and that he would send me a voucher to my email. So he sends me a $5 voucher which will not even buy one more sign with shipping. What a joke! What VALUE is there in that kind of customer service. I want my other 18 signs like the web site says!"
