"I ordered a pair of eyeglasses or my daughter on a Friday night and received a phone call on Saturday to follow up on the prescription. The representative I spoke with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter received her eyeglasses in a week and she is very happy with them. I will definitely order from Frames Direct again. Excellent service and great prices."
