AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
"I paid $100s of dollars for express production & shipping to get the wristbands for a kid's charity event on time. They guaranteed a date but then emailed after I placed the order to let me know they needed to push a day due to their production. Luckily I had that one extra day but let them that was the LATEST I could push. Cut to the bands never arriving until after the event, I had to deal with the disappointment of not having the bands in time for the kids. Then when I requested they refund me, they tell me I have to ship the bands back on my own dime - even though it was the company's error. SO in the end I am having to pay for THEIR mistake in production but got nothing out of this transaction. Customer service is obviously outsourced and no one knows how to deal with customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Won't get product and you definitely won't get good customer service!"
