"I ordered Christmas gifts about a month ago. They said they would be here a few days ago, yet I have yet to receive them. I emailed customer service and they said they would send my items out. I just received another email informing me they are unable to ship all of the items in my order and they would cancel them from my order. The items they cancelled were Christmas gifts. How do they expect me to order new, personalized, thoughtful gifts in the next 4 days for people? I won't do business with them again, and I discourage you to do business with them either."
