Terrible customer service
"I am a first time customer. I placed the order and saw an error immediately and called customer service. They said they couldn’t see my order with the confirmation number. They told me to call back in 30 minutes. I did this 6 times with the same results. Finally, a rep told me to wait until the next day. I called the next day and the rep said a supervisor would be calling. No one called. I called back that afternoon and they said it was too late. I would have to call back when I had a tracking number. The rep said when I got that, they would fix the error and send out a new item immediately without making me wait. He said he would make a note in the interaction record to speed the process for me. I got the tracking number, called back and got an extremely rude rep named John. I explained and he said that he wasn’t going to read the interaction record and the rep that told me anyone would doesn’t know what he is talking about. If I could give zero stars, I would. Never again."
