"The absolute worst experience I've ever had. Twice they shipped me the same damaged item. I don't mean a like item, I mean the SAME damaged item. All they did was get the damaged one back, repackage it and send it back to me. So I cancelled the order and they said I' be waiting for a credit from the vendor. After many calls asking where the credit was, I cantacted my credit card company. This lit a fire under them and this Woody Hertzog sent me a nasty letter asking why I would do such a thing. He acted like he never knew of any problem I was having with the product. He threatened me with turning a couple fees he felt I owed over to a collection agency. He wanted $25.00 for a non-payment fee and $21.00 for a re-stocking fee. A re-stocking fee for damaged a damaged product. No wonder they keep getting items returned. Stay away from these people. As of 12/2009, these people have now turned it over to a collection agency. How stupid is that? All because Digital Gift Store can't do business properly. They will never get money from me for a re-stocking fee. They are insane."
