"I had ordered a new pool pump from a National company that had generated a shipping label the next day but suddenly couldn’t give ANY shipping information SO I instantly ordered a new motor from Yard and Pool that shipped the new Hayward motor the next day which arrived in four days and I instantly drove to Texas and changed a shorted out pool pump motor the next day after receiving the new motor and it worked EXACTLY as expected. This was an emergency repair for a family member and time was of essence. I STILL haven’t heard ONE word from the big company that I placed the first order with."

"I have a problem with the payment because it DOES NOT ask for NAME ON CARD!!!!!!! That is not my NORMAL NAME NOR EVEN MY ADDRESS NAME BUT!!!! Who ever wrote that part is NOT A PROGRAMMER!!!!! which makes me pretty angry. SIMPLY ASK FOR NAME ON CARD!!!! Then I can put my shipping name as I want it!!!!"
