"No response to inquiries about my purchase using their online 'contact page'. I'm local to them but it's been over 4 business days since I placed and paid for my item. They, however, processed my payment quickly. Experience from other local businesses with online webstores resulted with deliveries in 2-3 business days. This initial purchase was to see if they warrant any future business with me, they don't. Don't be fooled by the low prices you see on their website.
edited to add: Called in and was told they were waiting for payment. I advised that payment was made immediately during checkout and PayPal has already billed my credit card. Gentleman verified what I had said and I was told it would ship later today or tomorrow but I received a call 20 minutes later telling me they were "out of stock" even though their website indicated 10 "in stock" at the time of purchase. They processed the refund to PayPal quickly, though. Not a good first experience and, despite the fact the refund was processed relatively quickly, it's not 'good enough' for me to try to conduct any future business with this outfit."
