Missing packages, no info about approximate delivery dates
"They lie about estimated delivery dates, are clueless about lost packages, won’t give information about approximate delivery dates, refuse to give refunds for lying about delivery dates. I could go on. Do NOT order from Office Depot online! I am going to file and FTC complaint and a bank charge back if I get no satisfaction on Monday!"
