"Based on the number of recent negative reviews, I guess I'm not the only one having a problem with LD Products!!
As a customer for over a decade, I'm stunned as to how my current order was handled. Incorrect time frame as far as shipping and a Customer Service Department (if you call it that) unwilling to address my specific concerns and requests.
Of course, I was offered a discount on a future order. As an ex-customer, I won't be taking advantage of LD Product's generosity."
